Devoted. Dependable. And exhausted from working so hard to avoid letting down the people who matter most: your team, your family, yourself. Doing more is the temptation. It's also what's keeping you from feeling real peace, being deeply present with others, and experiencing the power of your true potential today.

Hi, I'm Jason Carson. I spent 25 years in HR and communications leadership at complex, dynamic organizations like Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and KEEN. I've coached hundreds of people, from interns to C-suite executives. I know that world from the inside and what it takes to succeed. I also know what it feels like to be the one everybody's counting on to deliver, at work
and at home. When your sense of worth gets tangled up in what you do, peace feels rare. You're "there" but not truly present in the moments that matter. And the harder you push, the more the outcomes you want most seem to drift away. It doesn't have to be this way.
I'm an ICF-certified leadership coach. In a safe, confidential space, I combine proven frameworks with my own hard-won experience to help you stop proving yourself and starting leading and living with more peace, presence and power, wherever you are. And, though professional growth and rewards flow naturally when you do, the ultimate outcome is worth far more than that — the knowledge that you are exactly who and where you want to be.

Today I’m in the dream job I never thought I’d have. My relationships with my wife and kids are stronger, I’m in the best shape of my life, and there’s more structure in my life bringing positive things into it. The money I put into coaching, I’ve gotten back tenfold.

I’m seeing real impacts in my life and business from my work with Jason. I raised my rates, and when a client pushed back I held firm, because I know what my time is worth and the value I deliver. I ended a client relationship I’d known wasn’t right. I trusted myself through a job decision I’d been wrestling with. And I hit six months straight of publishing my own writing – proof that I’m a person who sees things through.

Work used to “just work” for me, but somewhere along the way, a weight had built up that I couldn't explain, and it was holding me back from where I wanted to go. So I read the books, changed up my work environment, exercised more and white-knuckled my way through it. But those were temporary fixes, at best. I was hesitant to get a coach at first. I didn't feel like I could take an hour off, let alone use limited budget on an optional expense. I'm so glad I did, though, because the impact of my work with Jason has already been so much more valuable than what it cost me.
