Who I am
They say coaching is who you are, not something you do. That's true for me.
For more than two decades, I coached and partnered with leaders of all levels at complex organizations -- from front-line managers to c-suite executives, in startups to Fortune 50 companies. Organizations like Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), and KEEN Footwear.
In that time, I learned how much leadership requires of people. The doubts, tension, frustration, and fatigue leaders experience are not signs of weakness. And they're not always necessary.
I also learned first-hand the power of coaching in the process of first discovering and then choosing to live in your potential as a leader of others -- and the power of harnessing the collective strength of a team toward an aligned outcome.
